COURSE SUMMARY

AgileDS™ (Agile Digital Services) is an Agile framework from the Agile Business Consortium. It has been created to support the growing appetite for Agile and use of agile approaches to deliver digital services. This guidance is based on the proven AgilePM framework though follows a revised lifecycle aligned to the UK Government’s Digital Service Standard. The key focus of AgileDS is to provide a user centric approach for the design, development and delivery of digital services.

AgileDS™ is designed for those seeking to integrate agile ways of working within a digital project or program and applicable for service delivery teams embarking on digital improvements or digital transformation.

AGILEDS™ – AGILE DIGITAL SERVICES FOUNDATION TRAINING

This is a 3 day program ending with the AgileDS™ Foundation exam. The aim of AgileDS™ Foundation training is to provide a sound understanding of the:

  • Philosophy and principles that underpin the Agile Digital Services 
framework
  • Agile Digital Services lifecycle and how it can be tailored
  • Artefacts produced during an Agile Digital Services initiative and their use
  • Techniques applicable to digital services in an agile environment, their benefits and limitations

The AgileDS™ Foundation certification exam is a 40 minute, closed book, multiple choice exam. A delegate must achieve 25 or more correct answers from a total of 50 questions for Agile Digital Services Foundation certification.

Successful candidates will be entitled to a free Agile Business Consortium Professional Assessment at Business Agility Professional Level 1 – Explorer.

AGILEDS™ – AGILE DIGITAL SERVICES PRACTITIONER TRAINING

This is a 1 day program ending with the AgileDS™ Practitioner exam. With the use of sample Practitioner exam questions, together with revision and discussion sessions, this program is designed together with the Foundation course to prepare delegates for the AgileDS™ Practitioner exam.

The AgileDS™ Practitioner exam is an open book (official AgileDS™ manual only), objective style exam based on a given scenario and lasting 150 minutes. There are 4 questions each worth 20 marks, making a total of 80 marks. The pass mark is 50% (40/80 marks).

Passing the AgileDS™ Foundation exam is a pre-requisite to completing the AgileDS™ Practitioner exam.

Successful candidates will be entitled to a free Agile Business Consortium Professional Assessment at Business Agility Professional Level 1 – Explorer.
